My impression of La Casa Inn started long before I even stepped foot on the property. We traveled as a family of 4, one of us being a 9 month old. Communication was 10/10, La Casa Inn was attentive and friendly. They constantly kept in touch and their responses were kind and polite. We arrived at 11pm and even though they close the office at 10pm, not only did they keep the doors open, they helped us with our many many bags despite not offering a bag service. The gentleman at the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) was incredibly kind and helpful. He even lent us his personal charger because we didn’t have a local one. The room we booked was a double queen for two nights, it’s exceptionally clean and comfortable, everything about the room was perfect for a small family. There was a coffee maker that we used to make hot water for our baby, a microwave and a fridge. We could uber eats our food to the Inn so it was really convenient at night and when it’s raining. The location is close to fisherman’s wharf and the Golden Gate Bridge, walkable for the adventurous, not so walkable for baby mamas. So we ubered everywhere and the locations were really close. Ubers were easy to catch, we caught a large taxi from the airport at the arrival lounge and it cost us under $100 to get us to La Casa Inn. Overall, La Casa Inn has wonderful staff, comfortable and very clean rooms, great location, it is definitely value for money. Any traffic noise didn’t bother our baby at all, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Took a brief trip with my family to San Francisco for a few days to get away during the President's Day Weekend. La Casa Inn was great! Benny at the reception desk helped to get us booked in a little early as luck would have it. We stayed towards the back of the hotel. The room was nice and looked updated with nice amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, and foam hand soap/lotion which were in bottles locked to the counter. They also have free parking, which was amazing given it's in the city. It must be the time of the year because we never had problems finding a spot on property, although he warned it might not always be the case. Also, it was not too noisy except for the people above and mostly it was during the morning. We were able to walk to Pier 39, Fisherman's Wharf, Japan town, China town, North Beach, and could have walked to the Palace of Fine Arts, but decided to drive since we had already put in almost 20k steps that day! It's basically a half hour walk to all of these locations, although be mindful of elevations as there are some hills to traverse on some paths. There are also numerous Waymo Robo taxis driving around the city and SF has good public transportation. You'll need the Waymo One app to book a robot taxi. Overall, we had a great stay, the staff was friendly, and everything was clean and convenient. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

La Casa Inn is a clean facility, with all you need for a short or longer stay. The two queen beds in our room were very comfortable and daily room service was to standard. La Casa Inn is in a fabulous location with proximity to a selection of eating and drinking places on Lombard Street or a little further up to Union St. There is an excellent coffee shop just a few doors up the street. There are two bike hire places to choose from if you want to ride over the Golden Gate Bridge. Also nearby is the Fort Mason area and the Marina. The eastern edge of the Presidio is only a 20 minute walk away. We walked into Fisherman's Wharf a few times but if that's beyond you, there are regular buses to get you to anywhere in the city. The crookedest street is on Lombard St directly up the hill from La Casa. After a long international flight we were so pleased to receive an early check-in, when we expected to just drop our luggage off and return later for check-in.

The location was perfect, short 20-30 minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf. Just a 2 minute walk to a couple of places for dinner - Chico's Pizza, Kui Shin Bo Japanese, Torraku Ramen, couldn't fault any of the meals we had. One of the Hop On Hop Off bus stops is across the road from La Casa Inn. Really liked that the rooms had been recently refurbished/updated, photos on website are a true reflection of rooms. Housekeeping made up beds and changed bathroom linen daily. Reception staff were really helpful, we were able to get an early check in and late check out for no extra cost.

The Inn is located in a nice area of San Francisco that seems safe. We liked the rooms, which have been renovated recently. They are spacious, the bathroom was nice and the beds were comfortable. You can also find a small fridge, a microwave and a small coffee maker. The staff was friendly, checkin and checkout were quick and easy.
